I'm Keith, and I've experienced this struggle firsthand. After leaving my product role at Grab, I built a few startups and eventually launched a B2B software agency with high hopes. But after 6 months into the business, I quickly discovered that just being able to build great products for clients weren’t enough. Despite great customer testimonials, building a healthy sales funnel with qualified leads felt like a constant struggle that never goes away.
