Your posts
Public posts you have authored on LinkedIn over the last 90 days. Headline, body, comments count, reactions count, impressions, click-through where LinkedIn exposes it.
How Cclarity handles your LinkedIn data, what it reads, what it never touches, and why we deliberately move slowly.
Cclarity asks LinkedIn for the read scopes it needs and nothing else. It cannot post on your behalf. It cannot send messages, reactions, comments, or connection requests. It cannot edit your profile.
This is the trade-off we made on purpose. Tools that automate posting are the ones that get LinkedIn accounts restricted. We removed the action to remove the risk — your AI drafts, you publish.
You can revoke Cclarity's access at any time, from your LinkedIn settings or your Cclarity dashboard. Revocation takes effect immediately.
Cclarity does not pull your LinkedIn data on demand. We retrieve it on a randomised schedule throughout the day, mimicking the rhythm of a human checking their feed.
The reason is plain: predictable, real-time scraping is how third-party tools trigger LinkedIn's automation flags and get accounts restricted. Randomised retrieval keeps you off that radar.
What this means for you in practice. When you ask your AI "who engaged my last post?", the answer is current as of the most recent scheduled pull. That could be minutes old, or it could be hours. Most users see a 2–6 hour data lag. The query is instant; the underlying snapshot is not.
This is by design, not a limitation we plan to remove. Account safety beats refresh frequency every time.
Plain English, not legalese. If something is not on this list, Cclarity does not read it.
Public posts you have authored on LinkedIn over the last 90 days. Headline, body, comments count, reactions count, impressions, click-through where LinkedIn exposes it.
Names, headlines, public profile URLs, and the kind of engagement (like, comment, repost) of accounts that engaged with the posts above.
The same list LinkedIn shows you in the "Who's viewed your profile" view, surfaced as structured data your AI can rank against your stated ICP.
Sender, recipient, sent and accepted timestamps. Used to surface follow-up opportunities and detect who has gone quiet.
The reactions and comments you have made elsewhere on LinkedIn over the last 90 days. Used to learn your engagement patterns and tone.
Name, current headline, current role, location, and the URL of your photo. Used to write content in your voice and check you are still you.
Some categories are deliberately outside the scopes Cclarity requests. We do not read them, store them, or expose them to your AI.
Your data is stored on managed infrastructure in Singapore and the United States. Encrypted at rest. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access is restricted to a small set of operators who need it to keep the service running.
While your account is active, Cclarity keeps a rolling window of the last 90 days of LinkedIn signals. Older snapshots are aged out automatically.
If you cancel, we delete your LinkedIn data within 30 days of cancellation. Your account record (email, billing history) is kept for 7 years for tax and accounting reasons, then deleted.
You can request immediate deletion of your LinkedIn data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your data is never used to train any model — ours, Anthropic's, OpenAI's, or anyone else's. Your AI calls the connector during your session; nothing is sent for training.
