Plain English where it can be, precise where it has to be. By signing up for Cclarity, you agree to these terms.
Cclarity ("we", "us", "our") is a product operated by Cclarity Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore. The product is the Cclarity Connector — an MCP server that exposes your LinkedIn signals to AI clients. Our website is cclarity.io and our contact email is [email protected].
To use Cclarity you create an account, authenticate with LinkedIn over OAuth, and provide a payment method. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect compromise, email us immediately.
You confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that the LinkedIn account you connect is your own, and that connecting it does not violate any agreement you have with LinkedIn or with an employer.
Cclarity is a paid subscription. The current price and billing cadence are listed on the homepage pricing section. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically. We email a receipt for every charge. Prices are listed in US dollars; local currency conversion is handled by your card issuer.
We may change prices for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect on their plan, and may cancel before the change applies.
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will look into it.
Cclarity provides a remote MCP server that you connect to a compatible AI client. The server retrieves your LinkedIn data on a randomised schedule and exposes it as callable tools. We do our best to keep the service available and the data fresh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or real-time data.
We are not LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn or Microsoft. The data we surface is your own data, retrieved on your behalf via authenticated read-only scopes.
Cclarity is built for individual founders and operators using it on their own LinkedIn account. You may not:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You own the LinkedIn content you create. Cclarity reads your data on your behalf to make it available to your AI; we do not claim ownership of any post, draft, or output. Your data is never used to train any model — ours, our partners', or anyone else's.
How we handle your data is set out in full at cclarity.io/privacy. The privacy policy is part of these terms by reference.
We may add, remove, or change features over time. Material changes that affect your subscription (price, scope, availability) will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, if your payment method fails repeatedly, or if continuing to provide service would create legal risk for us. We will give you reasonable notice except where the breach is severe.
Upon termination we will delete your LinkedIn data within 30 days, retain account records for tax purposes as set out in the privacy policy, and refund any unused, prepaid annual portion if applicable.
Cclarity is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data retrieved will be complete or current to a specific minute.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Cclarity is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify Cclarity against claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of LinkedIn's terms, or your unauthorised use of someone else's account.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to your home jurisdiction.
We may update these terms over time. If the change is material, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of Cclarity after the change applies counts as acceptance.
